Among the most experienced legal finance industry counsel in the US, Ronit has been at the forefront of the industry helping clients secure funding for a wide variety of commercial litigation including for breach of contract, arbitration, bankruptcy, insurance claims, patent infringement disputes and law firm portfolios.
Prior to joining Validity, Ronit spent seven years at Bentham IMF and was a lawyer at Simpson Thacher Bartlett and O’Melveny and Meyers where she worked with some of the leading litigation lawyers in the country. She graduated from Yale University with distinction in philosophy, and received her J.D. from Columbia University, where she was a James Kent Scholar.
