Litigation Finance in 2019: Upcoming Webinar Focuses on What Law Firms Need to Know to Better Advise Clients on the Use of Litigation Funding.

September is just around the corner. Kids are heading back to school and the promise of Summer Fridays is evaporating like rain on New York City sidewalks.

But don’t worry.

On September 10th, at 1pm EDT, Validity’s Chief Risk Officer, David J. Kerstein will team up with Oren Warshavsky from BakerHostetler and Steve Kovalan from American Lawyer Media to present a webinar entitled: Litigation Finance in 2019: What Law Firms Need to Know for Clients.

Join our panelists as they discuss key findings from the 2019 Litigation Finance Client Experience Survey, examining the state of litigation funding in the U.S. and digging into lawyers’ perceptions of legal financing as the industry continues to expand.

With a goal to empower lawyers to confidently adopt litigation finance in practice. This webinar will look to explore the following:

  • Why 93% of law firm respondents who have used funding have had a positive experience (and how to ensure the same)
  • Why lawyers prioritize trustworthiness when choosing a funder
  • How to make sure funding agreements are fair to the client
  • How to navigate ethical and regulatory questions on behalf of clients
